Passing on your heritage
Leaving a legacy to Karuna-Shechen means choosing what you wish to leave behind after your lifetime.
Over time, your estate can support ongoing initiatives working alongside communities in India, Nepal, and Tibet.
Karuna-Shechen maintains registered charitable entities in several countries—including France, Switzerland, and the United States—that are fully qualified to receive legacy gifts. If you reside outside these countries, leaving a bequest is often still possible. We encourage you to reach out so we can guide you through your options confidentially and without obligation.
What is a legacy?
Can I leave a legacy to Karuna-Shechen if there is no entity in my country of residence?
Do you need to have a large estate to pass on your wealth?
Are there solutions to make my legacy tax-efficient even without a local entity?
Can I change my mind about my will?
What happens if my family situation changes?
What if I have more questions?
Of course. You can contact our planned giving team to ask questions or simply discuss your goals.
These conversations are confidential, free, and non-binding.
